Shipping policy
Please note due to the COVID-19 pandemic allow up to an additional 3 business days from the Estimated Delivery Date.
Theia Valo offers free standard shipping within Australia for all orders over $99. Orders under $99 will be charged a flat fee of $9.90, or express shipping (where available) is available for a flat fee of $14.90.

Deliveries are made by our courier network from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If the driver is unable to deliver to you, they will leave a notification card in your letter box to arrange an alternative delivery or a pickup location (depending on the carrier). As we are sending jewellery items a signature is required for all deliveries.
We use Sendle for standard shipping and Australia Post for Express shipping.
Paypal Customer
If you use Paypal as your payment method, we will only ship your item to Paypal verified address.
PO BOX
We do not ship items to PO BOX.
